Established in 1996 we offer over a decade of experience as a company, and many more from within our team which includes a wide range of skilled tradesmen with specialist certifications like Corgi and NICEIC to carry out utilities work on electrics, gas and water. Overseen by highly experienced foremen the team bring exceptional quality and service standards to every project.
Company owner Scott Stevens grew Highpoint Developments from his own career in construction, starting out as a bricklayer Scott has worked throughout the industry picking up an encyclopaedia of knowledge on the many materials, trades and techniques available to every project. Insistently hands on - our clients will find that we are always available to speak to.
We are fully liability insured and regularly consult a health and safety expert to ensure our policies are effective and that staff are fully aware of their responsibilities and best practices. All work is undertaken under contract including payment schedules and project timetables for your assurance and protection, and we are more than happy to provide you with references from previous clients on request.
